Spring can be an ideal time for a renovation, but if you’re only doing work on the inside of the house then you're not restricted by weather. The colder months are actually an ideal time to enlist a contractor for interior work because the warmer months tend to be busier and many of the more popular contractors may not be available then.
If you’re planning a minor or major renovation and you don’t want to pause for the winter, bathrooms and kitchens are ideal interior projects. You should try and get the demolition work done before the really cold weather sets in so that you have room inside for materials and tools. Winter is also an ideal time to start planning for major spring renovations.

We are excited to get our new website up and running and encourage you to check out the Building Plan section. We have six standard plans to currently choose from with the option to customize them at an hourly rate. Keep in mind we are willing to do any job big or small, a renovation or new construction.
